In order to ensure our bills of quantities are produced accurately and to the best possible quality we believe our staff should have access to the best possible software available within the industry.

We feel the software should naturally compliment their experience and as such we are pleased to use and be associated with the following software platforms.

BLUEBEAM REVU

Used predominately for our 2D take-off Bluebeam is an industry recognised software.

The software is able to convert an unlimited number of Microsoft® Office documents and CAD drawings into high-quality 2D or 3D PDFs or transform scanned images into text-searchable documents.

Customisable, easy-to-use mark-up tools simplify communication across teams and the powerful Mark-ups List in Revu tracks annotations and generates reports.

AUTODESK / MUDSHARK

As part of our Software Development Role-Out Programme we have recently purchased multiple licences for AutoCAD Civil 3D for the purposes of accurately calculating the bulk cut and fill quantities for your construction project.

With each BOQ produced we are able to supply a ‘Heat Map’ clearly identifying areas of mass excavation and fill. You could also include this map as part of your Contractors Proposals (CP’s) if required.

If you want to carry out some value engineering this is not a problem as we are easily able to revise the model accordingly and advise of the affect in overall quantities

CUBICOST

BIM is extensively talked about in the industry and being implemented throughout the majority of main contractors. At Bill Solutions we also have a similar role out programme and we have identified Cubicost TAS as the best possible software platform for our company BIM Integration.

Cubicost TAS is the only quantity take-off software that enables the editing of BIM models, and supports the direct import of IFC, DWG and PDF drawings to build 3D models efficiently.

At present we use Cubicost TAS for RC Frame measurement and bill production, however our future development will see this integrate into our architectural take-off.
